Strong Bones – Reversing Osteoporosis

When you hear the word calcium, you might link it to strong bones, teeth or maybe even picture a tall glass of milk. Why? We have been told that we need to drink milk to get enough calcium for strong bones.
But do we really?
Firstly,
What do dogs drink? Water. What do puppies drink? Dog milk.
What do horses drink? Water. What do foals drink? Horse milk.
What do cows drink? Water. What do calf's drink? Cows milk.
What do humans drink? Water. What do baby humans drink? Human milk.
Milk contains the relative growth hormones for the related off spring. To help them grow.

Vitamin D & Minerals
Sunshine provides UVB rays which your skin absorbs and through cholesterol it is converted to Vitamin D which is essential to the assimilation of Calcium.
Calcium is the king of minerals. When Calcium is present, all other minerals follow.
Without Vitamin D, you are unable to access the Calcium.
This also means you can have a ton of calcium enter the body, like using a supplement, but because you do not have enough Vit D your unable to complete the recipe, it is of no use and a waste. So make sure to co-supplement if this is the case.
*Side note: After sun exposure, do not wash for about 2 hours for the vitamin D to fully absorb otherwise you risk washing it off your skin.
Did you know more people suffer from Vit D deficiencies than they do of Calcium deficiencies?

Bones are not made up of Calcium; Bones are made up of a combination of minerals:
Boron
Chromium
Calcium
Magnesium
Manganese
Selenium
Silica
Sulphur
Potassium
Phosphorus
Zinc
64 Trace Minerals.
What makes strong bones then? Vitamin D and Minerals.
Where do we get our minerals from?
Seawater contains a whopping 92 minerals
Celtic Salt (harvested correctly) contains 82 minerals
Himalayan Salt contains 75 minerals
Dark green leafy organic veg is packed with minerals from the soil.
Table Salt is harvested in a way from sea water that only gets the 2 of the available minerals.
Table salt = Sodium + Chloride + Aluminum (anti-caking agent) to help it run freely.
Table salt is 97-99% Sodium Chloride
Note: Check your food and household bodily product labels. Aluminum is used in many items to help with fluidity and to not stick together for more easily sprinkling and spreading when you use them. This is a highly toxic additive. You want to avoid heavy metal consumption, it’s a neuro toxin linked to Dementia, Alzheimer's and nerve related diseases like MS, Parkinson's etc.

These two minerals are very dangerous to your health in this form as it’s not a whole salt in its natural form which is balanced and mineral rich. If you were to inject Sodium Chloride into your veins you would pass away instantaneously. Your arteries would fall flat. So, if you know anyone with High Blood Pressure, ask yourself why the doctor tells them to stay away from salt. They are referring to table salt aka Sodium Chloride and not your mineral rich whole salts like Celtic or Himalayan. This is why Celtic has a grey colour vs white table salt.
Say you are eating mineral rich food and using the correct salt, you exercise and are healthy but your bones are weak and you maybe suffer from Osteoporosis, how could this be possible after what I just explained?
The following common items are so toxic and acidic to the human body, that it uses your bodies minerals which are very alkaline to level out the acidity.
Mineral Leachers:
· Refined sugar
· Caffeine
· Alcohol
· Tabacco
· Drugs / Chemicals
· Acid forming foods like: Meat, dairy, highly processed foods, some grains etc.
A s you can see, cows milk is an acid forming food, which means your body is going to pull your very valuable and available alkaline minerals from your bones, including calcium to put the fire out. Remember, where the Calcium goes, the rest of the minerals latch on and follow. So, milk is not providing you with calcium, its leaching your stores and causing brittle bones!

A baby cow has 5 stomachs to handle the growth hormone brew, we only have 1… and we are the only mammals on earth that consume another mammal’s milk as adults, by choice.
There is an entire cruel industry created out of it, which if you put two and two together – can you see how one industry washes the hand of the other?
It has been said that there is no cure for Osteoporosis. You can hopefully understand by now that this is not true and Osteoporosis is a side effect which you have the choice to reverse. I am in no way trying to be insensitive towards anyone who is struggling with Osteoporosis but rather trying to show you that you can choose to change this, that you have a choice here, by providing your body with the right conditions to heal. Many of us are ill due to ignorance, my aim is to provide information to help you overcome your situation.
Looking at our teeth, we all know that sugar causes cavities.
Can you now better understand how and why?

Your teeth are your only exposed bones. If bones can be come brittle in hidden places, then your teeth which are coming into direct contact with these leachers, especially refined sugar, are going to suffer really badly.
You can incorporate oil pulling with coconut oil or brushing with mineralizing tooth powders/pastes.
Rebounding
The exercise of the astronauts. They do this for training before they leave planet Earth.
Its not world class, its out of this world. It was the only exercise that proved to hold their bone density after returning from outer space where mass is lost. Regular training like running, swimming or weight lifting did not have the same effects.
This is the only exercise that works every single cell in your body every time you bounce. This has been known to help build bone density and strengthen muscles through defying gravity.
If you are frail, you can still reap the benefits by doing what is called a health bounce where your feet don’t lift off the matt and you can hold onto something for support. Start gently and work your way up to a slight jump.

This is also excellent for those who are Diabetic and are holding a lot of fluid in your lower legs and feet. Your calve muscles are your second heart. You need to activate them to pump your blood back up and through all the small capillaries in that area. This means rebounding can get rid of your varicose veins.
You can do 5 minutes 3 x daily. If this is too much, start with 1 minute and work your way up to as long as you can go 3 x daily.
Rebounding also activates your Lymphatic system which is your bodies vacuum cleaner. It does not work like the capillaries which flow once pumping, but rather little valves open and close and sucks the fluid out little by little with every bounce/jump. Lymphatic health is very important to your overall health. Imagine never cleaning your gutters and pathways, it will start to clog up causing blockages and debris buildup. Where there is build up and blockages, there is disease. Many people end up having blocked lymph nodes removed well because they are blocked and due to Cancer in the area. The cancer is its way of trying to store all the gunk as your body is unable to expel it and also due to hormonal imbalances.
Water
Another source of minerals is from spring water, good quality mineral rich borehole water and other fresh sources of water. Most people do not have access to this rich form of water and are also unable to drink tap water so are dependent on buying drinking water.
To make water safe for drinking, it goes through a harsh process which not only strips out all the impurities but also removes any minerals that it contains. Some people collect rainwater and drink that, but this too doesn’t contain any minerals.

Minerals are essential for hydrating your body and without electrolytes or magnesium, water is unable to access your cells.
This could be why you find yourself drinking water, but it doesn’t quite quench your thirst. It could be you are drinking “empty” water and because of being deficient of magnesium.
