SHIPPING POLICY

When at the check out point, you are welcome to select the courier service from the options provided that best suits your pocket and preference. 

* Please note that we are in an outlying area and trips into town are not always daily unless there are ample orders. We are out of range for courier collections from the premises. Deliveries normally take 3-5 working days depending where you are situated and which option you choose. Although we fully trust the services that we make use of, we will not be held liable for any loss or damage of goods. All items will be packaged accordingly from our side to protect from damages during transport.

* Please note that larger items like blankets do not all fit into a standard flyer so the bigger sized options may apply if you do not go with Pudo which I highly recommend for value of money which includes larger flyers for a very good price.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for purchasing products from Hub of Humble. If you find that you are unhappy with your product, please let us know within 7 days of purchase if you would like to request a refund/exchange. The product must be returned in the same way that you received it, undamaged in any way and in its original packaging. Certain personal use products will be non refundable due to safety reasons, eg medicines, soaps, lotions. Once returned, your item will be inspected for approval. Based on the nature of your query, we will either refund you in full or exchange defected products. In the case of an item being refunded, please be aware that courier fee's are non refundable as this is a service from a third party. In the case that we find no defect on your item, we can decline your return and you will be liable for all additional courier fee's of the item. We wont be accepting any returns on items that you have had a change of heart towards. This policy is strictly for the purpose of defected items.
